Maranú Gascoigne has been on a journey all her life, digging into a celtic story – the name Maranú comes from the old ‘Celtic tradition’ meaning “Woman who nurtures the dry lands, who watches at the well”
She is experienced psychotherapist, and masseuse and spiritual journeyer who is now opening her home – Portview on Bluff Hill in Napier as a holiday and time out space, and it has recently been added to the accommodation and retreat options on Women Travel NZ and Women Travel the World
Maranu lived and work in Northern Ireland for 18 years with a special focus on ‘end of life’ care. In February, 2007 she embarked on an odyssey around the world and ended up in New Zealand which she has now claimed as home. She has her NZ residency now and is putting down roots in her new home in Hawkes Bay.
